Signed contract in hand.. they accepted our counter offer. (We just kicked in the closing costs which they were agreeing to pay for originally.) Ahh well.. it's ramen noodles for us for awhile but that's okay right? :)

Congrats, Linds and Derrick! And thanks, Derrick, for trusting us! I sure hope this house is worthy of your trust! We sure ell in love with it. I told the realtor, as we were walking through the master suite, "if Lindsay and Derrick don't buy this house, I want it!" LOL............

Lovely home! We're so glad you were able to get it! Now with you 2 settled and Justin & Jen getting their new house lined up the "grandparents" can sigh some relief too. We look forward to seeing you when you get back to the states!
